A Sound Healing Retreat for Women at Long Strand
10 am - 4pm

Relaxing self-care day just for you!!
Taking time to reflect on 2022 and to welcome in 2023.

 

We will spend the day sounding, sharing, and being in nature.  

  • sounding through the chakras
  • medicine walk
  • sound bath
  • journaling
  • oracle cards
  • vegetarian lunch
  • herbal teas & snacks

With a maximum of 6 participants, this is a beautiful intimate session.  You will learn to balance  your chakras just using your voice  and we will do some sounding practices together.  Later you get to lie down and receive a sound bath.

 

Weather permitting we will first go for a medicine walk on Long Strand beach and and sound together. (If it's very wet or cold we will have a workshop in the cabin).

 

After that, it's  just a few minutes walk along the road to the sound healing cabin for a cuppa and a snack.  For the sound bath, you  lie down  and soak up the sound of the ocean mixing with voice, gong  and other instruments.

 

You are invited to relax away from all the cares of the world as you take a journey in sound. The gong quietens the mind, and you enter an oasis of peace. As you rest, I will tone and play my singing bowls  to gently clear your chakras leaving you feeling refreshed and restored in body, mind and spirit.

 

After the sound bath you will have an opportunity to journal and pick some angel cards.
We will share a simple vegetarian  lunch together and we finish at 4pm.

What to bring?

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring warm or waterproof clothes for the beach (It is Ireland so you never know!)

Also you might like to bring a bottle of water and a journal.

I will provide blankets and pillows and light refreshments and lunch.  Please let me know if you have any dietary requirements and I will do my best to accomodate you.
