You are invited to experience a morning of peace and relaxation away from all the cares of the world as you take a journey in sound.
You will be lying down comfortably. The gong quietens the mind, and you enter an oasis of peace. As you rest, I will tone and play my singing bowls to gently clear your chakras leaving you feeling refreshed and restored in body and mind.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, cushions, blankets, sleeping bag or whatever will make you comfy. Also you might like to bring a bottle of water and a journal.

The gong healing may not be suitable
