So lovely to sound with you yesterday evening and it was a joy to share my love of chanting mantras.
I have edited the replay into three parts so it is easy to re-listen to or to tune in for the first time if you weren’t with us live.
In part 1 we ground ourselves with the vowel ‘u’ and do a little journaling.
The prompts are
- How are you doing right now? How are you feeling? What’s going on for you ?
- Write a bit about how you feel your level of self-care is at the moment. Without going into judgement where do you think you are in terms of looking after yourself.
- What aspects of self-care do you enjoy the most? What’s your favourite self-care thing to do? What do you think you need most right now?
There is an introduction to mantras in this audio too.
In part 2 we have the practise of singing the Aum and the Buddhist heart sutra chant (Gate Gate Para Gate, Parasamgate Bodhi Svaha).
Part 3 is sharing and wrapping up.
