When I look in the wolf’s eyes, I see an asking there.  It’s that quiet voice within that usually gets drowned out with all the busyness in our lives.  It’s the small cumulative acts of self-care that are needed so we can thrive.  Be faithful to yourself and listen to that small voice within.  Take the time to nourish yourself.
