During a sound healing session yesterday the card ‘Focus’ came up and had purple amethyst. Here there is a lot of purple in the card so it came back into my mind and goes really well with this month’s theme of Priorities.
This is my first time seeing this card and to be honest my first reaction is to laugh!

The way King Solomon is holding his hands up looks like he is doing a dance to get our attention. He’s reminding us to stop and check-in with youself in the moment. What are you doing? Is it a priority for you? Are you focussed? If you’re not sure what you should be doing why not journal for a few minutes to get clear on what your priorities are for the different aspects of your life: relationships, work, home, health, self-care and don’t forget to include time for relaxation and fun!
The star is helping with mental clarity and focus and the yellow signifies the empowerment we can feel when we take charge of our lives and prioritise what’s important to us. The purple signifies the deeper level which is to do with our purpose and the bigger picture of our lives. How do you want to live? What do you want your legacy to be? Again more journaling or drawing or go for a walk in nature & ponder on these things.
