This month’s card is Connection from ‘Sacred Earth Oracle’ by Toni Carmine Salerno, Leela J Williams and Helen Nelson-Reed.

The first thing I notice is the clarity and awareness in the woman’s eyes. This card is a reminder that we are part of the web of life on Earth. While we often may feel disconnected, that is not the truth of the matter.

This connection to nature is there all the time although we don’t always notice it. To feel into this innate connection, we just need to slow down and BE. Take a walk outside and try to use all your senses. Even in the city there are places of green or maybe you see a dandelion pushing up through the cracks in the concrete. Look for the small details. Breathe and enjoy the fact that you are part of this wonderful web of life.

I just had a quick look at the booklet which comes with the deck and there is a beautiful spiritual meaning:
‘Separation from the energy, beauty, grace and power of the Divine Mother is an illusion. Through her love, life unfolds with endless blessings. Through you, her love flows out upon the world.’
