Do you long to get away from it all? A chance to escape from the stresses of everyday life? A chance to breathe, to unwind and just BE?  

How about spending some time close to nature by the sea? You can connect more deeply with yourself and experience relaxation through sound healing. 

We are located in a beautiful area in west Cork just outside Clonakilty on the Wild Atlantic Way. We are Airbnb superhosts and have been welcoming guests here since 2015.  

 At ‘Shearwater Chalet’ you will find peace and quiet in a cosy one bed studio.    You can choose to treat yourself to some time alone or to bring a loved one.  

Sound healing sessions take place in the sound healing cabin, just next door to the chalet.  I work intuitively to make sure that your sound healing experience is tailored just for you and the angels card reading offer gentle guidance to the way forward. 

The rest of the time you are free to walk the beach, journal, take time out for yourself in nature.   We are 2 minutes walk from Long Strand and there are forest and lake walks on our doorstep.  The nearby towns of Rosscarbery and Clonakilty have award winning restaurants.

For me this solo retreat was the ultimate.  The chalet is really cosy and the location by the beach is great.  I loved being able to cook my own food and having my own space. Claire is very friendly and I enjoyed the medicine walk and  sound healing treatment. After my trip, I felt really good and rested and better able to deal with things. I would love to come back again soon.’

Sound Healing Retreat Itinerary

Retreat Nights are Wednesdays & Fridays 

Day 1:

  • Check-in from 4pm
  • Relax in nature

Day 2:

  • Continental breakfast provided in your welcome pack
  • Enjoy a lie-in or take a stroll to the beach
  • At 11am, join me in the Sound Healing Cabin for a 2 hour sound bath and angel card reading
  • Extra late check-out of 3pm

Cost of Retreats -Low Season-October to March

1 night  Extended stay: 
Couple €250 €70 per night
Single €225 €70 per night

 

 

How to Book

To book contact me with your preferred date to check availability and I will send you a payment link.  Your retreat is confirmed when payment is received.

Please note during the summer months, the chalet has a minimum of 3 night stays. 

 

 

Cancellation Policy

We have a flexible cancellation policy which is as follows:

  • 100% refund for cancellation 15+ days before retreat start date.
  • 50% refund for cancellation 8-14 days before retreat start date.
  • 0% refund for cancellation 0-7 days before retreat start date.

If we have to cancel a retreat, there will be 100% refund on all funds received to date.
