I had a great chat recently with Michelle Ryan of @Bwell Hive as part of her ‘Thrive & Connect Series’. We were discussing how sound can support you through challenging times and boost your mindset.  I shared about how I came to be a sound healer as well as  some tips on how you can use your voice to support you.  There’s a little sound bath taster at the end where I play the gong and then sing a medicine song with my favourite tibetan singing bowl.
