A Blessing for New Beginnings: A Sound Meditation from Slovakia
This month’s sound meditation comes from a very special place—a former Franciscan monastery in Rožňava, Slovakia, now known as KC Kláštor.
I travelled there to visit my son for his birthday. He lives in the monastery, which dates back to the 18th century and has since been beautifully restored into a community based Cultural Centre. One evening I went into the yoga room and with its incredible acoustics, it felt like the perfect place to create a medicine song.
The Intention:
This sounding is a blessing. If you’re at a crossroads or beginning something new, may it support your transition.
It’s a call to bring the wisdom you’ve already gathered—and to open yourself to what’s next, with inspiration, courage, and hope.
As I recorded, I asked that the healing sounds flow through me for your highest good, greatest ease, and deepest joy.
A Moment of Stillness:
There was a deep silence in that room. It’s a space that invites reflection—and I hope the recording does too.
My grand-uncle Mal was a Franciscan and KC Kláštor reminded me of the times I spent visiting him in the Friary in the Wexford. I had a feeling as if I’d been there before and it made me feel close to my uncle. I called in the angels and saints including St. Therese, whose statue I saw in the cathedral in Košice. I also felt a lot of gratitude during the sounding.

Spiritual Support:
Each month, I share intuitive guidance through oracle and angel card readings alongside these soundings, offering a blend of vibration and messages to support your healing and growth.
