A few weeks ago I visited Myross Woods to book a room for a sound bath. It was years since I’d been there and I’d forgotten how lovely it is. There is a nature walk that brings you down through a woodland past a grotto by a waterfall and on down to the shore. It was warm and peaceful with birds singing and as I watched a shoal of mullet in the water, I sang a little medicine song for you. It’s an intuitive, in the moment offering that attempts to convey the feeling of peace and oneness in nature that I felt that day.
