Preparing for Your 21 Days of Abundance Meditation Journey

Before you begin your 21-day abundance journey, it’s worth taking a little time to prepare yourself and set the tone for what’s to come. The more intention you bring, the more meaningful and transformative this experience can be.

This isn’t about doing things perfectly—it’s about showing up for yourself, gently and with curiosity.

🌿 What You’ll Need

  • A quiet space where you won’t be disturbed
  • A journal or notebook (you might like to dedicate one especially to this)
  • Around 15 minutes a day for the meditation and 10-30 minutes for the journalling (but you can take longer or shorter—it’s up to you)

🌀 How to Approach the Journey

  • You can follow the posts daily or take it at your own pace.
  • Feel free to skip exercises—or pause and explore why one might feel challenging.
  • There is no “wrong” way to do this. Trust your rhythm.

✨ Suggestions to Support You

  • Create a space that feels inviting for your practice
  • Set aside some time daily and put it in your diary/calendar
  • Consider lighting a candle
  • You might want to begin each session by grounding yourself with a  few deep breaths or some gentle stretches.
  • Keep your journal nearby to jot down thoughts, reflections, or ideas that come up.

💡 A Note About the Tasks

Many of the exercises included here were adapted from a community WhatsApp group. Some were suggested by Deepak Chopra in the meditations, others were added by people sharing the journey. I’ve included what resonated and left out what didn’t. Take what serves you and leave the rest.

This is your journey.

📿 The Core of the Practice

The one thing I’d recommend committing to is listening to the daily meditation. That alone is so powerful.

You could do a full 21-day round listening & journalling,  then, return another time and just listen or reflect on what you wrote the first time. Or mix and match. You can even dip in randomly, letting a day “choose you” like a kind of oracle.

💬 Sharing Your Experience

If it feels supportive, you’re welcome to comment “Day 1 done,” or whatever day you’re on. There’s no pressure to share more, but you can if you like. Some of the exercises are deeply personal, and you may wish to keep your reflections private.

💖 Let’s Stay Connected

I’ll be posting daily prompts on Instagram @clairemariebarton  as well, so feel free to follow along or share your reflections there. Once you complete the journey, I’ll also be opening a space for reflection and connection, if that calls to you.

With love and abundance,
