You are warmly invited to join Claire Marie Barton for a deeply relaxing Sound Bath in Ballincollig.
This is time just for you, a chance to relax and receive healing sound vibrations. Each sound bath is designed to support deep rest, inspire clarity, and gently reconnect you with your natural vitality.
What to expect:
We’ll begin with a gentle sharing circle and intention setting. Then, you’ll be invited to lie back and receive a deeply relaxing sound bath — featuring voice, gong, Tibetan singing bowls, and other healing instruments — to nourish your body, mind, and spirit.
After the sound bath you will have an opportunity to pick oracle cards.
Practical Details:
- Please arrive a few minutes early to get settled before we begin.
- Bring a yoga mat, blanket, cushion(s) and warm socks to stay cosy.
- Journals & pens optional if you’d like to reflect afterwards.
- Bottle of water recommended.

The gong healing may not be suitable for:
- women who are in their first trimester of pregnancy

Refunds are not available
- If you are unable to attend, you’re welcome to invite someone else to take your place.
- Alternatively, if you cancel more than 7 days before the event, you can transfer your booking to the next sound bath session.
