We’d love to invite you to join us for The Wintering Retreat at the beautiful Dunmore House Hotel.

A morning of movement and rest designed to support nervous system regulation, make space for healing, and offer the simple freedom to just be, away from the pressures and demands of everyday life.

Together, we’ll weave somatic yoga, flowing movement and ecstatic dance led by Odette, alongside a deeply restful sound bath with Claire, with time to journal, reflect and connect.

This is an invitation to create spaciousness within yourself. To gently shed some of the layers you carry, the expectations, the responsibilities, the constant doing, and begin to feel that freedom within.

Nothing to achieve. Nothing to prove.
Just space to breathe, move, receive and be yourself.

We’ll pause during the morning for tea, coffee and scones.

Practical Details

• Please arrive a few minutes early to get settled before we begin.
• Bring a yoga mat, blanket, cushion(s) and warm socks to stay cosy.
• You’re welcome to bring a journal and pen.
• A bottle of water is recommended.

The sound bath may not be suitable for:

• women in their first trimester of pregnancy
• those with serious mental health conditions
• those with epilepsy or a pacemaker

Retreat Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you cancel more than 7 days before the retreat, we can offer you a full refund.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the retreat are non-refundable, but you are very welcome to transfer your place to someone else. Please just let us know if you do.
