Letting Go - Book & CD

Letting Go a Mother’s Healing Journey through Diaries, Poetry & Song

Letting Go -- Book and CD by Claire Marie Barton

I have always loved keeping a diary and more recently I started writing songs and poems, inspired by my life as a mother,  by travel and by the sea and nature around me in west Cork. When my baby Alan died, I wanted to write a book to celebrate him and I wove the elements of journaling, songs and poetry together in my book and CD ‘Letting Go a Mother’s Healing Journey through Diaries, Poetry & Song.

When my baby died at birth, I did not expect the grace, love and blessings I was gifted beyond my grief. This is my journey of hope & healing. Click here to listen to samples from the CD. or have a look at my videos on youtube.
